    Build notes:
	You may use either the full Solaris tarball or the patch.  Both
	methods deliver the same source tree.
	
	To use the patch:
	    - Construct an onnv_66 source tree as documented here:
		    http://dlc.sun.com/osol/on/downloads/hg-build-snapshots/
	    - 'hg import solaris-xen-b66.patch'
	
	You must be running a recent OpenSolaris release to build the Xen
	bits.  Build 61 and newer are known to work.
